Another great day today for the Palmwoods Markets. Despite the prediction of rain all day, we had nothing but blue skies. Unfortunately I didn't have any new paintings finished, but I will have atleast two for the next markets in a fortnight.

I have recently started a stall at the Palmwoods Markets showcasing & selling my artwork and also painting on location. My first day was very encouraging and I received a lot of great feedback from everyone who had a look at my works.
These markets are very new (only starting on Saturday May 20) and a sure to grow and become a very popular destination for locals and visitors to the area. There are a lot of great stalls with a very high standard and quality of product from the Sunshine Coast.
Scott Denholm is a visual landscape artist from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland Australia. Scott paints mainly traditional landscapes and seascapes in oil, acrylic and pastel. Inspired by the natural beauty of the Australian landscape, the outback and some of the great names of Australian artists like Darcy W Doyle, Tom Roberts, Albert Namitjira and Frank Mutsaers. Born in Brisbane July 1983 Scott started painting at the age of 11 and at age 22 he still has a passion for interpriting the Ausralian landscape through his traditional landscapes paintings.
