I have recently started a stall at the Palmwoods Markets showcasing & selling my artwork and also painting on location. My first day was very encouraging and I received a lot of great feedback from everyone who had a look at my works.
These markets are very new (only starting on Saturday May 20) and a sure to grow and become a very popular destination for locals and visitors to the area. There are a lot of great stalls with a very high standard and quality of product from the Sunshine Coast.
I'm very excited to say that not only was my first day very positive, I managed to sell my two latest works, Ghost Gum and Autumn Pastures. This means I have to get into painting mode once again and have at least 2 more paintings ready for the next markets.
If you would like to visit the Palmwoods Markets they are held every 1st and 3rd Saturday, 7am to 12 midday in the Palmwoods Hotel carpark on Church Street Palmwoods. If you would like to see my paintings up close and personal you will find me at the back of the circut in the middle, i'm not hard to find as i'm the only artist. www.palmwoodsmarkets.com.au |
